Food Assistance
- Northwest Food Pantry: 1224 Davis NW (basement of Trinity Reformed Church), 616-451-4036. Open Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 11:45 p.m. You may use the pantry services every 30 days if you live in this sector: North to 6 Mile, east to the river, west to Wilson, south to the north side of Third Street.
- Grace Church: 100 Buckley SE, 616-452-8920. Food is free every Tuesday morning; doors open at 9:30.
- Eastern Avenue CRC, 514 Eastern SE. Free food on Saturdays from 9 to 10:30 a.m.
- God’s Kitchen: 303 S. Division, 616-454-4110. Provides a free meal daily (2:30 to 4:00) to anyone in need.
- Community Kitchen: 1224 Davis NW (basement of Trinity Reformed Church). Provides a free hot meal every Thursday evening, beginning at 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
- Mel Trotter provides breakfast 6:30 – 7:45, dinner 4:45 – 5:45 (see location above).
Clothing and Household Supplies

Utility Assistance

- Senior citizens may defer portions of their gas and electric bills by calling DTE and Consumers Energy.
